Proof Process

After you purchase and provide the photos, we will arrange production right away. During production, we will send you proofs of the face, hair and body. If you need to modify, you can always let us know by email.

Face revisions are free until you approve the proof. Changes to the body or outfit after approval may incur an additional fee.

Proof step

1、Facial features: eyes, nose, mouth, chin, forehead shape and facial hair (if applicable-beard, beard, goatee) , glasses and facial contour. Once the face is approved, it cannot be changed, because the face is baked before the hair is added. In addition, regarding skin and eye color, the photo may be slightly distorted due to light effects on the skin and eye color of the character, we recommend that you try to choose a skin color from the options that are closest to your color.
2、Hairstyle proof: hairstyle and color (if applicable-hat) . If you order a bobblehead, we suggest that long hair should not exceed the shoulders, because that will affect the effect of head shaking, also, we recommend that you try to choose a color that is closest to your hair color from the options we provide.

3、Body proof: Full body sculpting will be done based on the body model you choose or the photos you provide, which will show your posture, body type and any accessories. Since our actual styling is based on your description from your order form, varying the pose will result in additional costs. Bobblehead color is the color of the material itself, so bobblehead will not fade, for the material does not have some special color, we will choose the closest color to sculpture. In addition, the internal body with a skeleton, due to the special complexity of the process, we do not recommend excessive body modification.
4、 Proof of completion: at this stage, when the face, hair, and body have your approval, we bake and assemble. No structural changes can be made to the mold at this stage. This stage is considered the stage of completion. It's important to make sure all the details are on the doll. This includes text, accessories, signs, etc. . Once it's approved, we'll ship it out.

During the validation phase, we can only make very small changes to your project. For the face, we can make many changes in order to make you receive a satisfactory product. For the body, due to process limitations, we do not recommend changing the body several times as it may affect the overall smoothness. Because the color of the product is the material itself, we can not change their original color, so in the production, for individual special color, we will choose the approximate color you require to make, our carved head, hair and body are based on the information you provided when you purchased them. Once they are made, later if you want to change the photo and request, we can only re-make for you, which will result in additional costs.

Please understand that this work is all hand made and made to change the requirements, but it must be all at the same time to assist our production and ensure that the clay mold is not damaged. We hope it makes sense that you are enjoying your bobblehead creation.

Proof timing
The production schedule you choose will be met in most cases. Prompt approval of all certificates can help ensure that your project is required by the deadline. Also understand that change does take time, although we try to perfect each time the first time, we sometimes need to modify your doll according to your requirements.

Delayed approval can also lead to missed delivery dates.
